What you’ll be doing

Coach and mentor, helping to monitor the credit team KPI's (DSO, collection rate, aged debt, overdue %)

Own debtor reporting: build and deliver aged debt, WIP/lockup, risk and trend reports for the executive leadership team

Set credit policy, escalation paths and recovery strategy, including payment plans, legal action and write-offs

System enhancement and improvement focus, including improving and iterating ways of working and credit control frameworks

Evaluate credit applications with a keen eye to assess the creditworthiness of our entrepreneur customers! Establish meaningful connections with our clients through regular phone contact.

Leverage technology to optimise debt collection processes.

Contribute to building a robust financial process that streamlines our business operations.

Assisting in establishing payment plans to enhance client compliance and satisfaction.
