Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Credit Controller** to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, reconciling accounts and maintaining healthy cash flow for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain accurate records of collections and account status
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and collection status updates
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding payment issues
- Ensure compliance with company credit control policies and procedures
- Other task assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience as Credit Controller
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
• Valid UAE Private Driving License (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of credit control procedures, collections and account reconciliation
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
