About This Role
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to oversee collections, manage customer accounts, and improve cash flow performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in credit management, and the ability to maintain excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage credit control and collections processes
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely payments
- Lead and support the credit control team
- Review customer credit limits and payment terms
- Prepare reports on outstanding debts and collection performance
- Resolve payment issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in credit control/accounts receivable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and Excel
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month

- Credit Control: 8 years (Preferred)
- Collections: 10 years (Preferred)
- Credit And Collection: 7 years (Preferred)
- Senior Level: 4 years (Preferred)
- Credit And Collection in Qatar market: 3 years (Preferred)
- Accounting Background: 2 years (Preferred)

- Qatar driving license (Preferred)
