Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support.
  • Support the implementation of effective sales strategies to maximize productivity and revenue.
  • Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track daily and weekly sales activities and prepare performance reports.
  • Assist team members in closing sales and managing key customer relationships.
  • Identify training needs and support on-the-job coaching and development initiatives.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Credit Card Sales within the banking sector.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good knowledge of banking products, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
