- Assist in leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support.
- Support the implementation of effective sales strategies to maximize productivity and revenue.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Track daily and weekly sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Assist team members in closing sales and managing key customer relationships.
- Identify training needs and support on-the-job coaching and development initiatives.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Credit Card Sales within the banking sector.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good knowledge of banking products, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
