Creator Manager - TikTok LIVE - Saudi Arabia (Arabic Speaking)

TikTok LIVE connects creators and communities in real time, enabling interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities.

As part of our rapid expansion in the MENAT region, we are actively seeking a skilled professional to join our TikTok LIVE Operations team in Saudi Arabia as a Creator Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will work with the Creator Managers' Lead to implement creator management strategies to influence the creator ecosystem and amplify platform activeness, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with LIVE creators and creator agencies across MENA region.

2.

Deliver structured onboarding, education, and training to creators on TikTok LIVE products, features, policies, and best practices.

3.

Support creators in developing content strategies and growth paths to improve LIVE performance and engagement

4.

Monitor creator performance data on a weekly/monthly basis, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

5.

Drive daily creator operations, including communication, motivation, troubleshooting, and encouraging consistent LIVE activity.

6.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute creator campaigns and LIVE initiatives.

7.

Contribute insights on MENA LIVE ecosystem trends and provide suggestions to optimize creator operations strategy and methodology.

Bachelor’s degree or above

2.

Fluent in Arabic to collaborate with relevant business stakeholder efficiently.

3.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working directly with creators and external partners.

4.

Strong learning ability and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

5.

Genuine interest in content creation, livestreaming, social media, or creator economy.

6.

Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution ability.
