Overview
Purpose of the Role:
The Creative Team Lead & Marketing Content Creator is responsible for leading the creative process, developing high-impact content across digital and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency, and driving engagement through innovative storytelling aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
1. Content Planning & Creation
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and promotions; obtain approvals one week prior to the month start.
- Lead production of marketing materials ensuring brand tone, visual identity, and quality standards.
- Research and apply new content formats, trends, and storytelling techniques.
2. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Assign tasks and supervise designers, photographers, editors, and other creative resources.
- Collaborate with medical, digital, and events teams to ensure unified messaging.
- Train and mentor team members to maintain creative quality and brand consistency.
3. Quality Control & Brand Compliance
- Review all content before publishing to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain internal checklists and brand guidelines for all creative output.
4. Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on creative performance, engagement, and content ROI.
- Provide actionable insights for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, or related field.
- 3–5 years in creative content development, social media marketing, or digital campaigns — preferably in cosmetic, aesthetic, or healthcare industries.
- Proven experience leading a creative team and managing multi-channel content production.
