Role overview

What you’ll do

• Develop distinctive experiential concepts rooted in brand identity, consumer insights, and local commercial opportunities.
• Shape visitor movement, interactions, and spatial touchpoints as part of the experience story.
• Personally create spatial layouts, concept models, and 3D renders, accounting for materials, lighting, and product storytelling.
• Explore creative directions and simulate environments with generative AI, refining ideas through professional design and rendering tools.
• Present concepts and partner with production teams, agencies, and fabricators to preserve the creative vision through delivery.

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of experience in experiential, spatial or 3D design, brand activations, or a related creative discipline.
• A portfolio showing original thinking, spatial storytelling, and strong 3D visualization.
• Hands-on proficiency in professional 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation tools, plus practical generative AI experience.
• Understanding of visitor flow, accessibility, materials, and build feasibility.
• Clear communication and collaboration with specialists on technical development, fabrication, and delivery.
