Content development and production
- Bring ideas to weekly brainstorming and develop concepts and storyboards for short-form, long-form, and campaign content.
- Plan and run shoots, handling filming, lighting, and audio in the office and outdoors.
- Film founder-led content with the CEO for the CEO Office's personal channels.
Editing and visual assets
- Edit videos from raw reactive clips to polished, high-production pieces, including subtitles, music, and sound design.
- Design supporting visuals such as thumbnails and cover frames.
- Turn around ad-hoc and reactive content quickly when trends or news break.
Content quality and performance
- Keep content on-brand and maintain an organized footage and asset library.
- Review video performance with the social media manager and use insights to shape upcoming content.
- Experiment with formats, styles, hooks, and lengths to find what drives growth.
Requirements
- Bring creative ideas to weekly brainstorming for brand and personal social channels.
