Creative Multimedia Specialist

About This Role

SANZEN is looking for an AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions across business functions. This role is for someone who understands both AI tools and real business operations — not someone who only experiments with prompts.

You will be responsible for building smart workflows, reducing manual work, improving reporting accuracy, and helping departments use AI in a practical, measurable way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify repetitive tasks and operational gaps that can be improved through AI and automation

• Build and manage automated workflows using AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and system integrations

• Automate HR, sales, marketing, admin, reporting, and internal coordination processes where relevant

• Work with department heads to gather requirements and turn them into practical solutions

• Create dashboards, trackers, templates, and process automations to improve efficiency and visibility

• Test, monitor, and refine automations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and business value

• Train internal teams on how to use AI tools effectively and responsibly

• Maintain proper documentation for workflows, logic, and process ownership

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and recommend solutions that are actually useful, not just trendy

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI automation, workflow automation, process improvement, or a similar role

• Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Notion AI, Airtable, or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of business processes and how to convert them into automated workflows

• Ability to connect systems, organize data, and simplify manual operations

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Experience in real estate, operations, HR, sales support, or business services is an advantage
