Creative Intern

We're looking for a creative intern who actually wants to be in the room where it happens.

Not fetching coffee.

Not watching from the side.

On set.

In brainstorms.

Helping build real campaigns for real clients.

What you'll be doing:

🎬 Assisting on shoots — helping with set prep, props, and on-the-day execution

🧠 Sitting in on campaign ideation and creative strategy sessions

📱 Creating content — reels, graphics, behind-the-scenes, social posts

✍️ Supporting the team on client deliverables and presentations

📸 Capturing B-roll and content during shoots

You're the one if you:

— Are studying or have recently graduated in media, design, marketing, or anything creative

— Have a good eye — you notice when something looks off

— Are obsessed with content, trends, and how brands show up online

— Are based in Dubai and available to come in regularly

— Have a portfolio, Instagram, or something that shows how you think creatively

This is a paid internship.

You will leave with real work in your portfolio, hands-on shoot experience, and a deep understanding of how a creative agency operates.
