Role overview

Creative and marketing responsibilities

• Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Design social media posts, stories, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines covering logos, colors, fonts, layouts, imagery, and brand tone.
• Create branding concepts and visual identities for products, services, campaigns, events, and business activities.
• Plan and create Reels, videos, and engaging business content; conduct basic product and lifestyle photoshoots.
• Edit photos and videos professionally; develop content ideas, scripts, captions, and campaign concepts.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns; monitor and optimize performance to improve reach, leads, and sales.
• Create and manage WhatsApp broadcasts and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars and stay up to date with social media trends and formats.
• Work with management to translate business objectives into effective marketing content.

Required skills and experience

• Strong graphic design and creative skills; a strong portfolio is required.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Blender, Maya, or similar tools.
• Practical knowledge of photography, video shooting, and editing.
• Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads and social media marketing.
• Ability to independently manage content and campaigns from idea through creation, launch, and performance analysis.
• Experience with luxury, jewellery, fashion, retail, or premium brands is an advantage.
• Three years of experience in the role is preferred.

Pay

• AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
