Full-Time
VOZ is looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Director to lead and oversee the development of innovative concepts and creative executions across music, branding, content, and multimedia projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating ideas into impactful creative experiences while leading cross-functional teams and maintaining the highest standards of quality and originality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Media, Music, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and strategic thinking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in branding, content production, advertising, or the creative industry is highly preferred.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and direction for projects and campaigns.
- Develop concepts and creative strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage and mentor creative teams and external collaborators.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate closely with clients, producers, and project managers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging creative practices.
Skills
- Strategic and innovative mindset.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in creative workflows and industry-standard tools.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
