Job Overview
Popup Agencia Criativa is seeking a highly creative and visionary **Creative Director** to lead the agency’s creative output and brand storytelling initiatives.
This role is ideal for a design and marketing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering compelling, high-quality creative work.
The Creative Director will oversee creative strategy, guide design and content teams, and ensure all outputs align with brand identity and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction across campaigns, branding, and design projects.
- Oversee creative teams including designers, writers, and content creators.
- Develop innovative concepts and visual storytelling strategies.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Review and approve creative materials and deliverables.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry innovations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Mentor and develop creative talent within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in creative leadership roles within agencies or corporate environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in design tools and creative software.
