Responsibilities

  • Designing social media graphics, visual templates, video covers, and promotional advertisements.
  • Creating and coordinating professional PDF presentations, company profiles, service files, brochures, and pricing proposals.
  • Organizing official Word documents, preparing letters, templates, schedules, and reports.
  • Preparing and coordinating PowerPoint presentations as needed.
  • Updating and organizing client schedules and files.
  • Supporting the development team in preparing client presentations and required documents before meetings.
  • Organizing potential client data and updating CRM or client tracking files.
  • Organizing and archiving administrative and digital files, presentations, contracts, and documents.
  • Preparing concise meeting notes and assisting management in daily operations.
  • Supporting the production and content team through designing video covers, organizing previous work images, and preparing templates for client submissions.
  • Ensuring adherence to brand identity in terms of colors, fonts, style, and content presentation.
  • Ensuring quality of coordination, file integrity, and detail accuracy before delivery or submission.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Illustrator or InDesign is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience in organizing Word, PDF, and PowerPoint files professionally.
  • Good knowledge of organizing Arabic RTL documents.
  • Ability to design clear and attractive presentations and service files.
  • Good aesthetic sense and organized taste in content coordination.
  • Skills in organizing files, folders, and documents.
  • Ability to prepare simple administrative tables and reports.
  • High accuracy in execution, organization, coordination, and documentation.
  • Speed in execution and responsiveness to changes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Commitment to professionalism and good interaction with the team.
  • Having previous work samples in design or presentations or file organization is an added advantage.
  • Success Indicators in the Role:
  • Speed and quality of preparing client presentations.
  • Accuracy and professionalism of Word, PDF, and PowerPoint files.
