Creative Content Producer / Video & Visual Content Creator

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Shoot video and photo content for MYNTED.
• Edit Reels, short-form videos, and other social content.
• Create carousels, graphics, announcements, and visual assets.
• Use Photoshop and other creative tools.
• Use AI tools to create visuals, effects, and new content concepts.
• Experiment with transitions, effects, animation, and other creative techniques.
• Turn marketing ideas into finished content.
• Develop visual concepts for campaigns, events, launches, and collaborations.
• React quickly when interesting content opportunities arise.
• Plan and produce content in advance with the Marketing Manager.
• Create content on short notice for events, launches, or unexpected opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong visual sense and genuine creativity.
• Good video editing skills and experience with Photoshop or similar design tools.
• Comfort using AI tools for creative production.
• Ability to shoot good-quality video and understand basic lighting, framing, and composition.
• Ability to create from scratch rather than relying on templates.
• Ability to learn quickly and experiment with new tools and techniques.
• Ability to turn rough ideas into finished content.
• Understanding of what works on Instagram and other social platforms.
• Reliability, proactivity, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Work Location

• The role is full-time and in-office in Dubai.
• Work location is in person.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
