Creative Associate Project Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative projects from brief through delivery and maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and documentation.
• Schedule meetings, prepare status updates, and follow up on actions; coordinate creative, strategy, and production teams.
• Monitor schedules, resource allocation, and deadlines; support budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Escalate risks, delays, and dependencies; maintain accurate records in project management and workflow tools.
• Help ensure compliance with Advisors Creative Desk processes, templates, and governance standards.
• Identify workflow improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, marketing, creative services, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, collaborative, eager to learn, and willing to support multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred qualifications and tools

• Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Salesforce, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
