Creative and Social Media Manager ( Ecommerce)

Overview

• WORKING EXPERIENCE IN AN E-COMMERCE COMPANY IS A MUST.
• Happy Earth Organic is a Dubai-born clean-label food and beverage brand building a premium wellness-led brand across organic coconut water, organic dates, gifting, and future product lines.
• We are looking for a Creative and Social Media Manager who can create strong visual content across social media, video, packaging, website, marketplace, retail, and brand campaigns.
• We need someone who can think creatively, execute fast, use AI tools, edit short-form videos, and maintain a premium brand look across every touchpoint.
• What you’ll do
• Create reels, carousels, stories, ads, thumbnails, campaign creatives, and social media content.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and overall social media.
• Use AI tools for content ideas, moodboards, visuals, layouts, concepts and faster execution.
• Design website banners, Shopify visuals, product graphics, and landing page assets.
• Create marketplace images for Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem and other platforms.
• Support packaging, labels, stickers, gift boxes, inserts and print-ready artwork.
• Design retail and sales assets such as brochures, flyers, shelf talkers, banners, catalogues and decks.
• Support photoshoots with moodboards, styling ideas, shot lists and basic art direction.
• Build templates and organise creative assets so the brand can execute faster.
• You must have:
• Strong portfolio with social media, video and brand content.
• Good taste in layout, typography, colour, spacing and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating reels and short-form video content.
• Confidence with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of AI creative tools.
• Ability to create from briefs, references, trends and product stories.
• Speed, ownership, attention to detail and ability to take feedback.
• Preferred experience
• E-commerce brands: FMCG, food, beverage, wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Packaging, label, or print design.
• Marketplace content for Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Deliveroo, or Careem.
• Shopify / e-commerce visuals.
• Product photography, styling and art direction.
• Please note: this is a full-time, on-site Dubai role with a 6-day working week. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
