Position Overview
We are seeking a **Creative Agency Coordinator** to oversee and manage daily agency operations.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, creative industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, creative teams, and vendors.
The Creative Agency Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining The Perspective Agency LLC’s reputation for creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate creative projects from concept to execution.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of briefs, revisions, and approvals.
- Support branding and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Prepare reports on project performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in creative agency coordination or project management.
- Strong knowledge of branding, marketing, and creative workflows.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
