Creative Account Manager (ARABIC + ENGLISH SPEAKER!)
We are seeking a Creative Account Manager to support our agency’s Director and oversee both creative strategy and client management.
This role requires strong creative thinking, the ability to communicate with clients clearly, and an understanding of production and content creation processes.
The candidate should be able to use basic content tools such as Canva, CapCut, and AI platforms, but does not need to be a graphic designer or technical editor.
Role Overview
This position combines creative strategy, client communication, and project coordination.
The Creative Account Manager develops ideas, concepts, and scripts, while supervising execution by the creative team.
The role also assists the Director/Senior Creative Account Manager with daily creative tasks and ensures clients receive high-quality work on time.
Some participation on camera for certain projects may be available for candidates who are interested, but it is not mandatory.
1. Creative Strategy and Concept Development
- Develop campaign ideas, content concepts, hooks, and storylines Write scripts, messaging frameworks, and creative angles Support the Director in creative ideation and planning Research industry trends and propose new creative approaches Prepare creative materials for internal and client presentations
2. Client Communication and Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Attend online meetings, gather briefs, and document requirements
- Communicate progress updates and feedback between clients and the team
- Secure approvals and manage client expectations professionally
- Maintain strong and positive client relationships
3. Project Coordination
- Translate client needs into clear creative briefs
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, and designers
- Track deliverables and ensure timelines are met
- Review internal drafts to ensure alignment with strategy
- Prepare references and supporting materials for the creative team
4. Social Media Management and Posting
- Manage and schedule social media posts according to content calendars
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure all assets are prepared on time
- Upload and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and others as required
- Write or refine captions using brand tone of voice
- Monitor basic performance metrics to report key insights to the Director or Account Department
- Ensure posts follow brand guidelines and client requirements
- Respond to simple comments or inquiries when required, and escalate important messages
5. Creative Support (Light Execution Only)
- This role is not a designer or editor, but requires basic proficiency in: Canva: creating simple layouts, mockups, proposals CapCut or similar tools: preparing simple cuts, captions, or previews AI tools such as ChatGPT and image-generation platforms: creating reference ideas, drafting copy, supporting concept development
6. Creative Supervision
- Guide the creative team according to the approved concept
- Review visuals, video edits, and designs for quality and consistency
- Ensure that all deliverables follow brand and campaign direction
- Provide clear feedback before the Director or client reviews the work
7. Optional On-Camera Participation
- Some projects may require creative team members to appear on camera. This is not mandatory and only applies to interested candidates and will paid sepratly.

Technical Understanding (Supervision Level)
- Basic understanding of videography (framing, shot types, lighting concepts)
- Basic understanding of editing principles (pacing, flow, structure)
- Basic understanding of design principles (branding, layout, clarity) This knowledge is required for supervision, not execution.
Tools
- Canva CapCut or similar editing tools AI content tools
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Agency Director and Senior Creative Account Manager Works closely with: Videographer, Editor, Graphic Designer
- Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
