Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crane Technician based in Doha, Qatar.
The Crane Technician will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes and lifting equipment.
This includes conducting field service operations, ensuring heavy equipment is in optimal working condition, and following safety standards and procedures.
The role may also involve advising on efficient equipment usage and assisting with technical issues during operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Lifting Equipment and Heavy Equipment
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Field Service practices
- Strong skills in diagnosing and solving equipment-related issues
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in operational settings
- Relevant technical certification or qualification in heavy machinery or mechanical engineering
- Previous experience working with top crane brands (e.g., Liebherr, Demag, Tadano) is an advantage
- Ability to work in on-site environments and adapt to varying operational conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
