Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting and compliance within BFSI sector.
Strong knowledge of Indian banking and securities regulations (RBI, SEBI, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear insights.
Detail‐oriented with strong organizational and time‐management abilities.
Experience handling customer inquiries and issue resolution in a back‐office environment.
Team player with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).

Prepare, review, and file statutory financial statements and regulatory reports for BFSI clients.
Monitor and ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other relevant financial regulations.
Handle client inquiries related to billing, account reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Resolve escalated financial issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal back‐office teams to streamline transaction processing and reporting.
Conduct periodic internal audits and support external audit activities.
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and oversee month‐end and year‐end close processes.
Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements.
Prepare management dashboards and performance metrics for senior leadership.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff on compliance and customer service best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
