Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior teams when necessary.
Provide detailed information on Digitide Solutions' BFSI products, services, and processes.
Maintain up‐to‐date client records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
Collaborate with back‐office departments to coordinate issue resolution and service delivery.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely response and resolution.
Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements to management.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on call volumes, issue types, and resolution metrics.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry regulations and company policies.
Promote a positive brand image by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
