Course Coordinator in Astutis’s Operations Team, supporting clients and learners from course booking through exams and certification.
Coordinates virtual, classroom and in-company health, safety and environmental courses.
Works with Sales and Operations teams to deliver a positive client and learner experience.
Workplace
- Hybrid working with four days a week in the Cardiff office.
Salary and contract
- Salary is £26,395 per annum.
- Permanent, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Manage confirmations, registrations, course materials, attendance records and feedback.
- Maintain accurate learner records, including awarding-body registrations with NEBOSH, IOSH and IEMA.
- Build client relationships and coordinate progress updates and reports with Sales Account Managers.
- Monitor learner progress and arrange support such as study tools, extensions and resits.
- Manage deadlines, SLAs and KPIs using systems and technology.
- Support team process improvements and help colleagues during busy periods.
Essential requirements
- Knowledge of administrative systems, CRM, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of customer service principles and standards, and sales principles relevant to after-sales support.
- Excellent Microsoft package and word-processing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records, data entry, communications and planning.
Desirable experience
- Previous experience in a training company would be beneficial.
- Understanding of relevant training certifications and governing bodies, including NEBOSH and IOSH, is advantageous.
