Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Course Admission Executive to manage the end-to-end admission process.
The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, handling inquiries, and guiding applicants through course selection and enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins regarding courses and admissions
- Counsel prospective students on course options, career opportunities, and program details
- Guide applicants through the admission and registration process
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions
- Organize and participate in promotional events, seminars, and education fairs
- Meet admission targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term student relationships
