The opportunity

What you will own

• Own monthly revenue and gross and net margins across the UAE business.
• Drive growth through Meta Ads, SEO, social media, retention, and pricing strategy.
• Acquire venues, manage venue relationships, and hire and manage hosts.
• Lead operations, field growth, and host teams; make structural decisions about hiring, delegation, automation, and technology.
• Partner with headquarters and the CEO on the UAE product roadmap, representing UAE needs to the Singapore product team.
• Handle customer disputes, complaints, and other escalations requiring judgment.
• Oversee finance, compliance, and legal matters, including payment approvals, insurance, terms and conditions, and licensing.
• Launch at least one new line of business and revenue stream during the first year.
• Negotiate deals, close partnerships, and address on-the-ground operating problems.

Who they are looking for

• 4–7+ years in operations, consumer, marketplace, or startup environments.
• Prior experience launching something new, such as a product line, market, or channel.
• Hands-on experience negotiating deals, closing partnerships, and solving on-the-ground problems.
• Able to manage up to a CEO, work across with a headquarters product team, and lead frontline hosts.
• Able to build SOPs, read a P&L, and identify where margins are leaking.
• UAE-based candidates are strongly preferred; exceptional candidates elsewhere may be considered if they can run the business remotely with the right on-the-ground team.
• Genuine love for football.
