We are seeking a seasoned leader to helm one of our most pivotal markets, the United Arab Emirates.

As a brand rooted in heritage yet built for the future, Beverly Hills Polo Club Fragrances (BHPC Fragrances) is experiencing rapid momentum across the GCC.

We're now poised to scale aggressively in UAE, a market rich with consumer sophistication, evolving beauty channels, and modern retail transformation.

We are looking for a UAE Country Manager who can command the room, steer the field, and unlock the true potential of this high-growth region.

This is a senior strategic role, best suited for someone who blends commercial sharpness with operational excellence and brings a deep, insider's understanding of the UAE fragrance and beauty landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • **End-to-End Market Leadership:**
  • Drive sales strategy, business development, and execution across all fragrance channels in UAE
  • **Retail & Modern Trade Expansion:**
  • Scale presence across perfumery chains, pharmacies, department stores, concept stores and e-retailers
  • **Distributor & Key Account Management:**
  • Own relationships, drive accountability, ensure alignment on stock, activations and visibility
  • **Team Leadership:**
  • Build and manage a UAE team across sales, promoters, and trade marketing (as applicable)
  • **P&L Ownership:**
  • Full accountability for revenue growth, profit margins, trade spends, and ROI metrics
  • **Consumer & Market Intelligence:**
  • Stay ahead of local consumer trends, competitor activity, pricing shifts and regulatory changes
  • **Fragrance Rollouts & Launches:**
  • Lead product activation plans, coordinate new variant introductions and seasonal campaigns
  • **Regulatory & Registration Oversight:**
  • Liaise with local authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance
  • **Reporting & Governance:**
  • Regular reporting to SVP - Global Sales & Marketing, ensure alignment with group vision and KPIs

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics or premium CG
  • Demonstrated success scaling brands in UAE, especially across Tier 1 cities and key retailer groups
  • Strong command of UAE commercial laws, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviour
  • Existing relationships with major UAE retailers, buyers, and distributors
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, budgeting, team-building and retail execution
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Based in Dubai, UAE or open to relocation with immediate availability
  • Visionary mindset with an operator’s discipline
