Manage daily counter sales, help customers select suitable products, and deliver a professional customer experience.
Building materials or concrete products experience is highly preferred; a Civil Engineering background is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Manage counter sales and respond professionally to inquiries.
- Explain products and recommend suitable concrete and building materials.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain product displays and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate sales reports and stock needs with the Sales Manager.
- Build relationships with customers and contractors.
- Keep the counter area organized, clean, and presentable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Civil Engineering preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant counter sales experience; building materials or construction products experience preferred.
- Construction-material knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English; Hindi and Arabic preferred.
- Contractor, engineer, or construction-company customer experience is a plus.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role with work performed in person.
