Overview
Handle walk-in customers at the counter professionally
Explain cargo, courier, and logistics services to customers
Prepare invoices, receipts, and billing entries accurately
Collect payments and maintain daily cash records
Coordinate with operations team for shipment details
Maintain customer records and basic documentation
Ensure smooth day-to-day counter operations
Experience
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software is a plus)
Good communication and customer-handling skills
