Overview
As a Counter Sales Advisor Cum Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our sales operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive and efficient sales experience.
You will also coordinate and manage various sales-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Liaising between various internal departments in the company, working closely with Sales, Logistics, Product, Marketing and Accounts Team to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintaining customer's sales and stocks report.
- Sending/Preparing monthly sales report of the customer.
- Providing customers with quotations, order forms with stock availability and raising Proforma Sales invoices.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned to you.
