Schedule : Sunday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay rate : $24.00/ hour

Clinical stabilization services serve an important role in Spectrum's treatment continuum, providing short-term residential treatment, stabilization, and comprehensive discharge planning for clients who either do not qualify for medically monitored detoxification or have already completed detox.

The Counselor is responsible for:

• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.
• Performing intake assessments and completes all associated documentation within required time frames.
• Providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.
• Developing, implementing, and revising individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with the participation of the client.
• Demonstrating a satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, families, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
