Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced **Costing Manager** to lead cost management and financial optimization efforts in Doha.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate costing, efficient resource utilization, and strong financial control across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all costing functions including standard costing, project costing, and variance analysis
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems and financial procedures
- Analyze operational and project costs to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Prepare detailed cost reports, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to optimize expenses
- Support pricing strategies through accurate cost modeling and analysis
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in costing, cost accounting, or financial management
- Strong understanding of costing methodologies and financial analysis techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
