The Cost Manager will support the Infrastructure team in Riyadh on projects of varied types and sizes.
Work may involve pre-contract estimating or post-contract work on site.
The role supports effective cost management from pre-contract through construction completion.
Responsibilities
- Support the Cost Management team and take responsibility for allocated tasks.
- Measure building works and/or civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
- Take personal responsibility for work produced.
- Help ensure information and reports are accurate and produced on time.
- Work professionally with team members and support client service delivery.
Experience and requirements
- Knowledge of and experience in the real estate or property sector.
- Knowledge of cost management or quantity surveying.
- Basic experience measuring and quantifying building works and Bills of Quantities.
- A professional approach, confidence in adding value, and ability to work in a team and accept instruction.
- Willingness to listen, learn, and develop skills.
Skills and qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar field.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Desire to obtain professional membership such as MRICS.
- Knowledge of CostX is an advantage.
