Cost Manager (High-Rise Hospitality Project, Riyadh)
- We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager for a prestigious high-rise hospitality tower project in
- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- **Key Requirements:**
- Proven experience working on 50+ storey landmark projects in the Middle East
- **Strong expertise in:**
- Design-phase cost planning
Pre-Tender Estimated
- Preparation and review
- **Prior experience with Client, PMC, or Consultancy organizations preferred.**
- Solid Civil / Structural and MEP cost awareness for budgeting, cost planning, and BOQs
- **Professional qualifications such as MRICS are advantageous (not mandatory for the right candidate)**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- **Salary:**
- Commensurate with the qualifications and relevant experience.
