Gleeds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has an exciting career opportunity, supporting an iconic program based in the clients office in Riyadh. We are seeking a proactive Cost Management Quantity Surveying professional, who wants to develop their career in a personable and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Delivering pre contract cost management services from concept design through detailed design
• Managing commissions to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the Gleeds procedures.
• Cost Planning, Estimating, benchmarking
• Procurement services, including pre qualification and commercial bid reviews
• Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects

Who we’re looking for:

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

• MRICS chartered, or clear MRICS Chartership pathway
• Excellent experience of pre contract cost management
• 8+ years post graduate experience in all aspects of quantity surveying
• 3+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia
• 3+ years’ experience with a top QS consultancy organisation
• Experience of building projects and major mixed use developments
• Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS or equivalent chartered status
• Fluent English level written and oral skills
• Arabic desirable
• Transferable Iqama
