Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for interior fit-out projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements; prepare cost estimates and project pricing.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations; source and evaluate materials, furniture, joinery, and other fit-out requirements.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and coordinate with procurement, design, project, and commercial teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation or procurement is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, joinery, furniture, and MEP items.
- Experience with BOQs, quantity take-offs, costing, and supplier or subcontractor negotiations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- UAE or Dubai fit-out industry experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–8,000 per month, based on experience.
