Our client is a leading international project delivery organisation involved in the execution of large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects across the Middle East.
We are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of talented professionals for opportunities based in Abu Dhabi.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to support the preparation of competitive and accurate cost estimates for major infrastructure and engineering projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in tendering activities, working closely with procurement, commercial, and project teams to develop robust pricing and estimation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and construction projects.
- Analyse Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
- Review project requirements and identify cost drivers and risks.
- Liaise with procurement teams to obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Coordinate with commercial and contracts teams during tender preparation.
- Support bid submissions through the development of accurate pricing models.
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in cost estimation within infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, tendering processes, and project costing methodologies.
- Experience preparing estimates for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
