Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Controller located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, analyzing inventory and stock movements, preparing cost reports, and identifying cost variances.
The role also involves working closely with the purchasing, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate costing procedures and effective cost management across all departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Inventory Management, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in Cost Control within the Food & Beverage industry
Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and stock management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
