Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Controller, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and managing project costs, preparing cost reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring effective cost efficiency. Additional responsibilities include developing cost-control strategies, liaising with project teams for budget adherence, and supporting financial management processes to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure project expenses remain within budget.
• Proficiency in Cost Accounting, with a strong understanding of financial tracking and reporting systems.
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making to optimize cost performance.
• Background in Finance to evaluate budgets, forecasts, and financial processes effectively.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.
• Previous experience with construction or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
