Overview
- Monitor food & beverage costs and inventory control.
- Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and goods received.
- Prepare cost reports, inventory reconciliations, and consumption analysis.
- Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Support menu costing and analyze food cost variances.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Kitchen, and F&B teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Pay: QAR2,590.09 - QAR11,370.41 per month
