Cost control responsibilities
- Set up cost-control procedures, project budgets, and tools to track project costs.
- Estimate total forecasts, quantities, costs, and expected outcomes.
- Analyze EPC contract risks when requested and identify items with significant cost impact.
- Control commitments and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices.
- Assist project managers in optimizing budgeted profits.
- Prepare and follow up on change orders and claims.
- Prepare monthly internal project status reports and external client reports.
- Develop monthly cash flows and verify invoice accuracy.
- Develop statistical and close-out reports to improve feedback and estimation tools for future contracts and proposals.
- Implement company and client HSE objectives and procedures, corporate quality standards, and applicable departmental procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- English language capability.
