Full-time Cost Analyst based in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Works closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, IT, accounting, pricing, and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project-ledger costs for direct labor, materials, and overhead; investigate product costs and production-order variances with operations.
- Analyze project costs, cost of sales, and inventory for financial reporting; maintain product-group labor and material cost trends.
- Prepare and obtain approval for cost estimates; evaluate supplier trends and support supply-chain initiatives.
- Review BOMs, assembly drawings, engineering change notices, and technical files; prepare CBOMs and BOEs per FAR Table 15-2 for proposal pricing.
- Support proposal risk and opportunity analysis, ERP cost-reporting improvements, budgets, forecasts, and month-end close.
Required qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
Preferred and desired qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
- Manufacturing ERP experience is preferred.
- Project costing, estimating, and CAS/FAR compliance experience in federal government contracting is desired.
- ASC 606 revenue recognition experience is preferred.
