Project cost-control work

• Prepare detailed cash flows for capital construction work and provide project reports, customer service, and issue resolutions.
• Develop monthly dashboards and status and variance reporting on project financials and schedules.
• Maintain project and portfolio financial, schedule, estimate, budget, resource, procurement, risk, and other data in systems and databases.
• Support cost, schedule, and risk-management practices for design and construction projects against approved budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate analyses with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders; seek project information and present it to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

• Project Controls – Cost experience and experience preparing detailed cash flows for capital construction projects are requested.
• Seven years of cost-control experience is listed as required.
• A bachelor’s degree is listed as required in the education field; the description also says a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, team-building, and written and oral communication skills are requested.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle from initiation through closeout is requested.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word are requested.
• Experience implementing cost, schedule, and risk-management processes and maintaining project data in systems or databases is requested.
• Cost-management certification and PMP are preferred; PMP and AACE CCP are also listed as preferred certifications.
• MS Project, SAP, and Maximo experience are described as attractive.

Pay
