Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Cosmetics Sales Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This role is not limited to sales. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and willing to support both sales and day-to-day store operations.

The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with customers, while also taking responsibility for maintaining the overall store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs
• Provide clear and confident product recommendations
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience
• Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets

Store Operations

• Handle billing, POS transactions, and basic cash handling
• Support inventory management, stock checks, and restocking
• Maintain proper product display and store presentation
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming

Marketing & Brand Support

• Support basic marketing activities such as social media content and promotions
• Assist with in-store campaigns and brand initiatives
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and trends
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

Requirements

• Saudi National (required)
• Female candidate
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Previous experience in retail or sales (cosmetics or beauty preferred)
• Fluency in English and Arabic (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented
• Disciplined, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to take initiative and handle responsibilities beyond just sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work flexible shifts
• Immediate availability preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetics or beauty retail brands
• Basic knowledge of makeup products and application
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
