- Conduct product demonstrations for clients and customers
- Organize in-store promotions and sampling activities
- Train retailer staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
5. Communication & Selling Skills
- Apply strong persuasion and upselling techniques
- Confidently engage in face-to-face sales interactions
- Handle objections effectively and close deals successfully
6. Target & Performance Management
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets
- Expand market reach by onboarding new retail outlets
- Ensure optimal product placement and availability
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
7. Visual Merchandising
- Ensure products are well-stocked and attractively displayed
- Maintain proper positioning in line with brand guidelines
- Enhance in-store visibility and customer engagement
8. Reporting & CRM
- Maintain daily visit reports and track sales performance
- Monitor stock levels across outlets
- Use CRM tools or mobile applications for order placement and tracking
