Role overview

Manage, optimize, and support the Corrigo CMMS platform used across facilities and property management operations.

Serve as a liaison between technical systems, operations teams, and clients to support platform performance and accurate data and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain work order workflows, asset management, vendor setup, and user access.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide first-line support to end users.
  • Generate and analyze reports on work order volumes, response times, SLA compliance, and operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with facilities teams on process improvements and platform enhancements.
  • Support onboarding of sites, clients, and vendors; maintain data integrity and consistency.
  • Liaise with Corrigo technical support on escalations, upgrades, and integration issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CMMS or work order management systems; Corrigo experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret operational data; proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Good communication skills for working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A background in facilities management, real estate, or property operations is advantageous.
