Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Travel Agent / MICE role based in Athens.
The role involves handling end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including hotels, cruises, transfers, venues, activities and unique experiences, with a focus on Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events.
The Corporate Travel Agent / MICE specialist will manage reservations, prepare quotations and itineraries, negotiate rates with suppliers and ensure accurate ticketing and documentation.
Responsibilities
include responding promptly to client inquiries, providing tailored travel solutions and offering proactive customer service before, during and after trips.
The role also includes coordinating group travel and event logistics, maintaining client profiles, using booking systems and providing customer services with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage complex requests professionally.
- Knowledge of travel arrangements and services, including hotels, cruises, venues, transfers and unique experiences.
- Previous experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or corporate travel environment; MICE experience is a strong asset.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish, Italian or French language skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Athens, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
