Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Training Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development, with a strong ability to align training initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate training strategies and programs
- Assess organizational training needs through analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Design learning materials, workshops, and e-learning modules
- Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops when required
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly
- Manage training budgets, schedules, and resources
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives
- Lead and mentor the training and development team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training or learning & development
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Ability to analyze data and measure training impact
Preferred Skills
- Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CPTD or similar)
- Experience in consulting or professional services environment
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
