About The Role
This is a freelance, conract-based, on-site Corporate Trainer role based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
Learnify Training Institute is seeking an experienced and passionate
CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) Trainer
to deliver high-quality cybersecurity training program to professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, practical industry experience, and the ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences that prepare participants for the CompTIA CySA+ certification examination and real-world cybersecurity challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and training material creation for adult learners.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering in-person workshops, seminars, and corporate training sessions in a professional setting.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to assess training needs, analyze performance gaps, and tailor programs to different organizational contexts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects and deadlines.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning platforms, and presentation technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant training certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working in corporate or professional training environments, preferably within the Middle East region, is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds in a respectful, inclusive, and gender-neutral manner.
- Cndidate msut hold an active CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification and able to certify trainers.
