Role Description

This is a part-time Corporate Strategy Manager role based in Dubai in a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home.

The Corporate Strategy Manager will analyze market trends, industry developments, and internal performance data to identify strategic opportunities and risks.

The role will involve developing business plans, evaluating investment options, and preparing financial and strategic models to support decision-making.

The individual will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategic priorities, track key performance indicators, and monitor progress against corporate objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders, supporting strategic initiatives and change programs, and recommending improvements to processes, structures, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Strong strategic and business planning capabilities, including experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data, conduct market and competitive analyses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Background in Management Consulting or similar advisory roles, with demonstrated experience driving strategic initiatives and organizational change.
  • Solid understanding of Finance, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating business cases or investments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and communicate clearly through written reports and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time, hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in engineering, industrial services, or related sectors is beneficial, as is familiarity with operations in Western Australia or similar markets.
