About The Role

Consulting is looking for a
Corporate Services & Operations Manager
to build, structure, grow, and manage the company as it scales.
This role is suited for an operations leader with a strong background in
corporate services, business setup, legal advisory, compliance, or professional services
.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building operational systems, managing client service delivery, coordinating with authorities and external partners, developing the team, and supporting the commercial growth of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can create structure, improve processes, manage people, and help scale a growing advisory business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the operational structure of HEAVEN. Consulting
- Design workflows for client onboarding, pipeline management, service delivery, invoicing, reporting, and follow-ups
- Oversee corporate services including company formation, banking support, visa coordination, compliance follow-ups, and client documentation
- Manage coordination with clients, free zones, DED, GDRFA, ICP, banks, PROs, legal advisors, tax advisors, and external partners
- Implement and manage CRM, task management, and internal communication systems
- Build, onboard, train, and manage consultants, PRO staff, and back-office support
- Establish quality, compliance, accountability, and service delivery standards
- Develop referral and partner relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, relocation specialists, and professional service providers
- Support business development, pricing, service improvement, and market positioning
- Oversee marketing execution to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery
- Manage invoicing, budgeting, cost control, and operational financial reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate services, business setup, legal advisory, consulting, compliance, or professional services
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, including free zone and mainland incorporation
- Working knowledge of UAE visa processes, Golden Visa applications, corporate bank account opening, and government portals such as DED, GDRFA, and ICP
- Understanding of UAE compliance requirements, VAT/corporate tax basics, and employment regulations
- Experience building operational structures in a growing or early-stage business
- Experience managing small teams and external service providers
- CRM implementation or management experience
- Strong commercial awareness and client service mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Hungarian and/or any additional language proficiency is an advantage
International Knowledge
Knowledge of international corporate structuring is advantageous, particularly across
Hong Kong, Malaysia And Labuan, and Thailand

- Relevant exposure may include:
- Hong Kong company formation, annual compliance, accounting requirements, and corporate bank account opening
- Malaysia/Labuan company formation, annual renewal, compliance, accounting, and employer contribution obligations
- Thailand-related processes, including real estate due diligence, TIN registration, bilingual Last Will and Testament support, and Non-B / Investment Visa procedures
- Understanding of how international holding and offshore structures support asset protection, tax efficiency, and operational planning
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a structured, commercially minded operations leader with a strong corporate services background.
You should understand how advisory and corporate services businesses operate, how clients are managed, how referral networks work in Dubai, and how to build the systems, team, and relationships needed for sustainable growth.
This role is best suited for someone who is hands-on, autonomous, organised, and capable of building a scalable corporate services business from the ground up.
